What is GridGeek?

GridGeek is a personal project designed to make UK power system data easier to see, understand and explore. Built as a passion project, it combines clean UI, modern APIs and real-time visualisation.

Why I Built This

Working in the UK electricity and EV charging industry, I constantly interact with DNOs, demand profiles, DER, and live system characteristics. GridGeek started simply as a way to visualise the information I rely on daily — and grew into something worth sharing publicly.
